After installing a new graphic card that is compliant with OpenCL I was able to install AfterShot upgrade 1.1.0.30. I don't use the program very much as I prefer Capture One Pro 7 and Photoshop but it nice to see the difference between RAW processing programs. I tried to contact Corel about the problem but their Customer Service is not very user friendly and I could not find a way to tell them about the problem. I have downloaded the upgrade three times and each time Windows says there is a problem and stops it from running. In every case Windows stopped it from running and the original version was trashed. I've tried just running the download over the existing version, deleting the existing version before running the upgrade or running the new version on a different drive. I'm running Windows 7 Pro 64bit and had no problems with the previous version. Now every time I start the program I get the reminder that there is an upgrade available. I've tried every way I can think of to get the AfterShot Upgrade 1.1.0.30 to run but Windows keeps stopping it and saying there is a problem and will try to find a solution.
